Peggy March goes on anniversary tour
I WILL FOLLOW HIM “My Life My Songs”
A musical reading tour through Germany
Open, touching and also humorous, she tells on a reading tour how “I Will Follow Him” became an “I Will Follow Me”. In addition to her husband Arnie, her loving parents, her daughter Sande and her sister, the people who have shaped her include numerous celebrities who have accompanied her on her way. She reads from her book herself and tells some anecdotes with Judy Garland, Liza Minnelli, Caterina Valente, the Beatles, Mary Roos, Peter Kraus, Costa Cordalis, Rex Gildo or Udo Jürgens.
In addition to some passages from the autobiography, which Peggy March reads live on stage, her best-known hits from “Mit 17 hat man noch Träume” to “Memories of Heidelberg” and also some of her latest titles from the album “Man ist nie zu alt für Träume” should not be missing, with which she musically accompanies her story.
She will be musically accompanied by the artist Kim Leonores on keyboard and violin, who will create a 90-minute program together with her. After the author’s reading, Peggy March takes enough time to sign the books.
Tickets are available from 25 euros at all known advance booking offices, under the ticket hotline 06453 / 91 24 70 or under www.depro-konzerte.de
