WINTER*PLAZA on the Town Hall Square

From 12 December to 6 January, a culinary offer will be available on the Rathausplatz under the motto WINTER*PLAZA. In an exclusive atmosphere, various companies offer food and drinks:

• Hambach village inn
• Replants

• Weinwerk

Emphasis is placed on the highest quality. The offer will deliberately stand out from the assortment of the marketplace in order to avoid a competitive situation. The food can then be enjoyed in a pleasant atmosphere on the large common square, which is covered with stretch tents. Of course, the well-being of the guests is also thought of here through illumination and high-quality furniture. But not only the offer, the decoration and presentation, as well as the duration of the WINTER*PLAZA is deliberately different from the Glow of Lights, which is traditionally held from 26 November to 26 December. The opening hours also stand out from the glow of lights on the market square. WINTER*PLAZA is open from Thursday to Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In addition to the above-mentioned high-quality cuisine, guests will find a large selection of sustainable Christmas trees there, as in the previous year, which they are welcome to buy or order directly on site. These trees from the company Replants can be returned after Christmas. Then the trees are expertly planted to preserve a second life in nature.
