Gnome Caves
On the high-altitude path between Bad Kissingen and Euerdorf (past the Heiligenhof and the path of reflection) you can experience the home of the trolls and gnomes. A little away from the main path (well signposted), the trail passes about 20 different sized buntsandstein rock formations. Here, those mythical creatures would feel safe at home. The Wichtelhöhlen were created by the washout of the Franconian Saale and lie above the popular golf course of Bad Kissingen.
